Shipping Policy
Captains and Rebels by ZIORA VZW delivers to Belgium and the Netherlands.

For a fast delivery of your order we rely on our shipping partner Bpost. For delivery by post in Belgium, the delivery is free of charge, with the exception of a delivery with track and trace (€6,95), orders above €40 will have a free track and trace delivery in Belgium. The costs for shipping by post to the Netherlands are or free with the exception of a delivery with track and trace (€9,95) for orders below €49. When your purchase is more than €49 the delivery costs with track and trace will drop to €3,95. Delivery costs with track and trace to the Netherlands will be free of charge after a purchase of €70.

The expected delivery date is 3-5 business days.

In your account you can easily track the status of your order. Log in with the email address you used to place the order. Navigate to the 'My orders' tab in your account to get more information about your order.

You can have your order delivered to an address of your choice.

What happens to my package if I am not home during delivery?
Bpost follows your delivery preferences and delivers your package to a neighbor, to a safe place or to a collection point. If you have not set your delivery preferences, the postman will try to deliver your package to your neighbor or to a safe place. If this is not possible, your package will be delivered to a collection point.​
Return & Exchange Policy
Can I return my items?
Yes, from Belgium you can return your order for free within 14 days, as long as the products are unworn and undamaged. Each ordered item can be returned or exchanged for another item in one of the Captains and Rebels by Ziora VZW store within 14 calendar days. The customer will be refunded or receive a credit note. Gift cards purchased in the store cannot be returned.
Shipping costs for returns:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs when returning an order. Returns in Belgium cost €5 and €12 for orders in the Netherlands.

The customer can also return the item by post within 14 calendar days. The item must then be packed in a closed box and sent together with the return form to the following return address: ZIORA VZW, Isabellastraat 59, 1703 Schepdaal, Belgium. For ecological reasons, we recommend that you always reuse the original shipping box for this. In the event of damage to the goods, the customer is responsible for the reduction in value.

A return label must be affixed to the outside of the box, after which the box will be handed in at a Bpost post office or post office in the Netherlands and shipped at the seller's expense. For any other method of return, the customer is responsible for all costs. The customer also bears the costs for returns from abroad.

Every return is accepted. Captains and Rebels by Ziora VZW reserves the right to deduct any reduction in value of worn, soiled or damaged bracelets from the original purchase price for the refund.

In addition to any shipping costs, no costs or compensation are associated with returns.
After processing the return, the customer will be refunded by the seller in the same way as the customer made the payment.

How do I return an online order?

- A digital return label will be given to you by e-mail
- Print the document and place it on top of the previous shipping info on your package
- Return to the post office

You will receive a return confirmation by e-mail as soon as we have processed your return and will then arrange the refund or exchange.

If you paid part of the purchase with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher with the same value upon return.
​
When will I be refunded?
You will be refunded once your return has been checked and approved. We aim to initiate the refund within 1 to 2 business days after receiving your return. During exceptionally busy periods such as sales and the end of the year, this may sometimes take a little longer, for which we ask for your understanding.

What are the Captains and Rebels by ZIORA's return conditions?
• Condition of the product: The product is unworn, unused and undamaged.
• Return period: You return the product within 14 days of delivery.
• Original packaging: Products must be returned in the original packaging.
